All bookings made through ProPlayX are subject to availability and confirmation by the venue or coach. We act as an intermediary platform and do not guarantee the availability of any specific venue or coach.
Payment for bookings must be made in advance through our secure payment system. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation policies vary by venue and coach. Please review the specific cancellation terms before making a booking. Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue closures, coach unavailability, or force majeure events.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any server or to any of the services, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Service. You may not use the Service to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: harassment, abuse, spam, fraud, or any other illegal activities.
