Court Booking Refunds

Cancellation by User: If you cancel a court booking, refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing:

  • Cancellation 48 hours or more before the booking time: Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable)
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before the booking time: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booking time: No refund

Cancellation by Venue: If a venue cancels your booking due to their unavailability, maintenance, or other reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.


Event Registration Refunds

Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by ProPlayX or the event organizer, registered participants will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.

Participant Cancellation: Refund eligibility for participant-initiated cancellations varies by event type and is specified at the time of registration.

Refund Timeline: Event refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

Partial Refunds: Some events may have non-refundable components (such as equipment rental or special services). These will be clearly indicated during registration.


Refund Processing

All refund requests must be submitted through your ProPlayX account or by contacting our customer support team. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

Processing Fees: Some transactions may be subject to processing fees that are non-refundable. These fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

Special Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, ProPlayX may offer refunds or rescheduling options at our discretion, even if the standard cancellation policy would not normally apply.
